Pleasant Grove looked every bit one of the area's top boys basketball teams tonight as they easily defeated Elk Grove, 75-41. Colfax Nordquist had a very solid night for the Eagles scoring 24 points and keeping the middle bottled up all night with some excellent defense.

Pleasant Grove is now 12-3 on the season and will open the Delta River League slate Wednesday at Oak Ridge. Elk Grove, with the loss, dropped to 10-7. They were led by Danny Goldman with 11 points. Connor Sutton had eight points and five assists.
