Since the school opened in 1994, Laguna Creek has shared the football/track facility at Elk Grove High School with the Thundering Herd. Now with the Cardinals moving to the new league, it will be easier to share the CRC stadium with Valley.
That will mean Elk Grove will have its football/soccer field to its own.
Could that mean the stadium could finally be named in honor of one or two of the many men who have either played or coached in that place? How about (Lance)Briggs/(Dave)Hoskins Field?
