Despite the rain and breezy conditions, the top seed from Division I North fired a combined score of 406, 16 strokes better than runner-up Oak Ridge and 43 strokes better than third-place Rocklin.
Those three teams will now advance to next Monday's CIF NorCal Championships, which will be played at the Club at Crazy Horse Ranch in Salinas.
The Grizzlies had two golfers shoot in the 70's despite rough weather conditions. They were Vanessa Richani, who fired a three-over-par 75, and Hailey Reitz, who shot a 78.
Finishing in fourth place was St. Francis with a compiled team total of 459. The Troubadours were led by Kristi Lee and Mikia Fang who both shot 87's.

Four individual golfers from the Section Masters will also advance to NorCals next week. They include East Union's Brooke Riley, who grabbed medalist honors with a one-under-par 71 Monday, along with Beah Cruz of Christian Brothers (73), Natalie Pietromonaco of Placer (75) and Madeline Zunino of Lincoln of Stockton (75).
"It rained pretty hard through much of the round," Franklin High School golf coach Shelly Walsh said. "Then it quit and it was windy and cold. We were all hoping it would rain again and warm things up."
Walsh's lone representative at the Masters, freshman Courtney Cervellin, fired a 90. Other locals competing Monday were Elk Grove's Jillian Knox, who had a 86 and Allison Curtis of Pleasant Grove, who fired a 101. They will not advance to the NorCal tournament.
